Mental Health Family Appreciation Day

An opportunity for parents and children to take a break from routines and enjoy the most important part of being together and taking care of ourselves through mindfulness and wellness. Fun activities for the whole family include dinner, photo-booth to create and hold onto memories together, and creative activities.
