Fixed Mindset vs. Growth Mindset Workshop

AccessCal is following this year’s Mental Health Awareness Month’s theme of “Growth Mindset.” To start off the month of Mental Health Awareness, AccessCal’s team will be conducting a workshop to provide an open space for participants to learn about how what you think affects what you achieve and the difference of fixed mindset versus growth mindset. Additionally, the facilitator will provide materials and resources to allow attendees to explore and learn more about differences in mindsets. There will also be time allocated for attendees to discuss about this topic.
