Together We Spring: An Older Adult Mental Health Fair

MECCA will be hosting EISOA participants from 7 agencies and the public at their Older Adult Mental Wellness Fair. The event will include a MediCal/ MediCare talk, a Self-Care kit building activity, a MH topic talk, chair yoga, Outreach Tabling/ Wellness Fair, and activities including Gardening, puzzles, Trivia, Mindful coloring, Bingo, sound healing and Zumba!
