Mindful Movement

Exercise in almost any form is an excellent outlet for the feelings that come up when things aren’t easy. Being active and moving your body can boost your feel-good endorphins and distract you from daily worries. This activity will consist of a 10-minute breathing warm-up, 35 minute movement of core work and strengthening exercises to enhance balance, and 10 minutes of stretching.
