On October 26th, join NAMI-OC for a night of Pumpkin Decorating. BYOP, bring your own pumpkin, and join in as we decorate, paint, and carve pumpkin’s virtually together.
**Costumes are not required, but always encouraged!
Happy Hour is an event designed to empower & encourage teens & young adults to prioritize self-care in fun & creative ways! Past Happy Hours included a live DJ music set, a sound bath, yoga, poetry readings, and featured panels and Q&A with special guests and more!
