Honest Hour is a virtual and anonymous safe space for teens and young adults to seek answers to your mental health questions and connect through shared experiences.
On June 22nd, join NAMI-OC for Honest Hour! Let’s talk about LGBTQIA+ mental health. Our panel will be diving into the use of inclusive language, disparities in finding care, supporting a friend or loved one that is transitioning or coming out, embracing one’s true self, and more!
