Help Me Grow Connection Cafe- Early Childhood Wellness; It All Begins with the Parents

During this presentation participants will learn about factors that impact the mental health of parents and how this can affect the overall development and well-being of the child. The presenter will discuss resources to help the community better support the emotional wellness of parents, as well as local programs to both prevent and treat pregnancy and postpartum depression and anxiety.
