Seneca Family of Agencies Presents Implicit Bias in Working With Youth

This course seeks to increase participants understanding of Implicit Bias, where it comes from and how it shows up. Participants will be guided though a reflective activity to increase their own awareness of their own identities.  Lastly, participants will explore the tools created by Ken Hardy to apply to their practice to help navigate implicit bias when it
shows up in their work.
